A cool tasty Ballarat collaboration from locals Saltbush Kitchen and Kitteltys, bringing the sweet taste of Australia to summer with delicious homemade ice cream.

Starting with three tasty flavours, native quandong and plum swirl, peppermint-gum choc chip, and lemon myrtle and macadamia, handmade by Sara Kittelty.

Drop into Saltbush Kitchen for your cool Australian tasty summer treat. (Open Wednesday to Saturday 10 to 5 and Sunday 11 to 3).
