Saltbush Kitchen and Kittelty’s Cakes are embracing the Ballarat winter with a warming High Cheese. It’s High Tea with a cheesy bushfood twist! They have created a delicious menu with seven selections of cheesy bushfood delights including native kunzea triple brie scones with pepperberry spiced quandongs and burnt Basque wattleseed cheesecake.
