Ebbs and Flow Contemporary Dance Workshop – Ballarat Pride Month

Ebbs and Flows is a fun and engaging 2 hour workshop, where participants will learn a phrase in Contemporary Dance in a safe and inclusive space. Participants will be guided through a warm up and games, learn a few temporary dance techniques (phrase), then perform their phrase to the other participants and do a cool down.

This event is ideally suited to beginners or intermediate dancers.

Participants are advised to wear comfortable active wear or loose clothing.
