Ultimate Winery Experiences Australia is a consortium of premium, award-winning wineries offering unique wine experiences including barrel, private and structured tastings, food-wine matching, wine education and gastronomy in spectacular locations within renowned wine regions.

These wineries are not simply venues to taste and purchase wine. Most of them offer a complete tourism experience – restaurants, accommodation, tours, as well as exciting behind-the-scenes winery experiences. They allow visitors to interact with the product, and the winemaker and enjoy first-hand the rich diversity that their many wine regions have to offer.

The group has members across six states including Audrey Wilkinson in the Hunter Valley; Printhie Wines and Swinging Bridge in Orange; Moorilla Estate, Josef Chromy and House of Arras in Tasmania; Mandoon Estate in the Swan Valley; Leeuwin Estate, Vasse Felix and Voyager Estate in Margaret River; Chandon, De Bortoli and Dominique Portet in Yarra Valley; Montalto, Pt. Leo and Ten Minutes by Tractor on the Mornington Peninsula; Stanton & Killeen in Rutherglen; Pizzini Wines and Brown Brothers in the King Valley; Artisans of Barossa, Jacob’s Creek, St Hugo and Seppeltsfield in the Barossa Valley; Yalumba in Eden Valley, Penfolds Magill Estate in the Adelaide Hills; Sirromet in Queensland; and d’Arenberg, Hardys Tintara and Gemtree Wines in McLaren Vale.

Across Victoria’s Midwest, we acknowledge that we travel across the ancient landscapes of many First Peoples communities. These lands have been nurtured and cared for over tens of thousands of years and we respect the work of Traditional Custodians for their ongoing care and protection.

We recognise the past injustices against Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples in this country. As our knowledge grows, we hope that we can learn from their resilience and creativity that has guided them for over 60,000 years. As we invite people to visit and explore Victoria’s Midwest, we ask that alongside us, you also grow to respect the stories, living culture and connection to Country of the Ancestors and Elders of our First Peoples.
