Classes consist of two guided meditations and a teaching to help you solve your daily problems and find the lasting happiness you seek.

No prior experience is needed and you can join anytime.

The teacher of this class is Christielli Portela. Christielli has been teaching modern Kadampa Buddhism for a decade. As an experienced and well-loved teacher, she inspires people to use Buddhist meditation to improve their lives through her sincere example and clear teachings.

Topics include ‘New Beginnings: How to Meditate’ in February, ‘The Path to Peace: Three Ways to a Simpler Life’ in March, ‘How to Deal with Difficult People’ in March to April, and ‘A Buddhist Guide to an Effortless Life’ in April to May.
