The Ballarat Centre of Music and the Arts Christmas Elves will bring the streets of Ballarat alive to the sounds and sights of carols, dances, bubbles and activities for young and old and everyone in between. Come along and get into the spirit.

For almost 30 years the Ballarat Centre of Music and the Arts has offered students in Ballarat a vibrant, welcoming place to learn performing arts, drama, dance and music. With a mission to inspire a love of the arts, build self-esteem, and nurture the talents of each student, Ballarat Centre of Music and the Arts fosters an inclusive and supportive community for over 500 students each week.
