A Place To Stay specialises in self-contained homes for longer stays (one month or longer). Located in central Ballarat, these fully furnished properties include three and four bedroom houses and one and two bedroom flats. All homes are serviced weekly.

These recently renovated homes combine modern interiors with period features. Quality furniture and fittings, multiple bathrooms, walk-in showers, fully equipped kitchens and ducted central heating ensure your experience is cosy and comfortable.

The corporate traveller will find A Place To Stay is a home-like accommodation alternative with plenty of space to work and relax, and where it is possible to self-cater in the fully equipped kitchens.

Their guests often book for colleagues who are sharing, so the homes feature queen sized beds in most bedrooms.

Unlimited five user NBN Wi-Fi is included along with large flat-screen televisions, DVD players and a selection of DVDs. There is plenty of reading material for guests including books and magazines and a collection of games.

Alfresco areas are available for dining or just sitting and relaxing with a beverage and book.

The wonderful central locations place you within walking distance of parks, cafes, restaurants and shopping, for total convenience.

Weekly servicing is included in the tariff and most properties include covered off-street parking.

Across Victoria’s Midwest, we acknowledge that we travel across the ancient landscapes of many First Peoples communities. These lands have been nurtured and cared for over tens of thousands of years and we respect the work of Traditional Custodians for their ongoing care and protection.

We recognise the past injustices against Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples in this country. As our knowledge grows, we hope that we can learn from their resilience and creativity that has guided them for over 60,000 years. As we invite people to visit and explore Victoria’s Midwest, we ask that alongside us, you also grow to respect the stories, living culture and connection to Country of the Ancestors and Elders of our First Peoples.
