At Bami Ballarat they go one step further. The restaurant is home to Australia's first Vietnamese cultural mini museum inside a restaurant. Authentic Vietnamese artefacts, UNESCO recognised cultural instruments, and the stories of the people who carried Vietnamese culture across oceans to build a new life in Australia.
