The Meredith Farm Store is the completion of a journey from Paddock to Plate. The venue is a rare experience of discovery and a showcase of food grown and raised on the Meredith Dairy farm. The shelves are stocked with produce including cheese and yoghurts, meats, honey, preserves and drinks.

Visitors can try before they buy, with tastings of the Meredith Dairy cheeses and the Meredith Farm Capretto. Recipe cards featuring easy to prepare dishes and how to cook them are available as well as pre-prepared meals to take home. The menu is themed From the Farm, and showcases the versatility of the produce. Dine in for breakfast, barista made coffee or lunch. Try the house made tarts, cheese souffle, pastries, pies, ragu, goat curries or a charcuterie plate featuring produce from the region. Local wine, beer and creative cocktails are also available.

Meredith is located halfway between Geelong and Ballarat, so the Meredith Farm Store is a perfect destination to take a break, meet friends, stock up on Meredith Cheese and experience creative food direct from the farm.

Across Victoria’s Midwest, we acknowledge that we travel across the ancient landscapes of many First Peoples communities. These lands have been nurtured and cared for over tens of thousands of years and we respect the work of Traditional Custodians for their ongoing care and protection.

We recognise the past injustices against Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples in this country. As our knowledge grows, we hope that we can learn from their resilience and creativity that has guided them for over 60,000 years. As we invite people to visit and explore Victoria’s Midwest, we ask that alongside us, you also grow to respect the stories, living culture and connection to Country of the Ancestors and Elders of our First Peoples.
