A cooking school devoted to teaching traditional skills within a beautiful sustainability and permaculture framework.

Skills such as food preserving, fermenting, dehydrating and charcuterie. Sourdough bread baking skills, how to make gorgeous home made pasta with edible flowers, cheese making classes, hand made vegan soap classes, artisanal crafts such as rag rug weaving, felting and fabric dying using plant based dyes. They run permaculture design tours and passive solar home design events.

They love and thrive on sharing skills, join them if you can.
