For more than a decade, Webster's Market and Cafe has been welcoming Ballarat locals and visitors with a simple philosophy: quality food, genuine hospitality and thoughtful table service.

Located in the historic Webster Street precinct, Webster's is a destination for specialty coffee, seasonal brunch and a carefully curated market celebrating regional producers and artisan pantry goods. The seasonal menu showcases fresh ingredients through generous brunch favourites, vibrant vegetarian dishes, house-made cakes and locally sourced produce, all prepared with care.

Relax inside the character-filled café or enjoy alfresco dining while exploring one of Ballarat's most distinctive neighbourhoods. Webster's is also home to the iconic 3350 mural by Ballarat artist Travis Price, inspired by the Taylor Projects song Ballarat on a Good Day. The striking artwork has become a favourite backdrop for visitors discovering Ballarat's public art, heritage streets and local culture.

Whether you're meeting friends over coffee, enjoying a leisurely brunch or taking home something special from the market shelves, Webster's offers an authentic Ballarat experience where visitors are encouraged to slow down, stay awhile and enjoy genuine hospitality.

Across Victoria’s Midwest, we acknowledge that we travel across the ancient landscapes of many First Peoples communities. These lands have been nurtured and cared for over tens of thousands of years and we respect the work of Traditional Custodians for their ongoing care and protection.

We recognise the past injustices against Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples in this country. As our knowledge grows, we hope that we can learn from their resilience and creativity that has guided them for over 60,000 years. As we invite people to visit and explore Victoria’s Midwest, we ask that alongside us, you also grow to respect the stories, living culture and connection to Country of the Ancestors and Elders of our First Peoples.
