Saddle up, country music fans — Strummingbird is moseyin’ into Ballarat this spring!

The modern country festival is rollin’ into Victoria Park on Saturday 10 October with Ballarat just one of just three Aussie stops for Strummingbird in 2026 — and the only Victorian location.

Keep your eyes peeled: on Tuesday 5 May the family-friendly line-up will be revealed, featuring a mix of homegrown favourites and international acts.

And it’s not just about the main stage. Expect everything from the Silver Spur Saloon (where cold bevs and good times flow) to unique experiences and pop-ups, rowdy line dancing, plus merch and retail to kit you out in your finest country getup.

Strummingbird hit the ground runnin’ with a wildly successful first year in 2025, with sold-out stops and a line-up stretching from international heavyweights to the scene’s buzziest emerging artists.

Think Jelly Roll, Shaboozey, Treaty Oak Revival, James Johnston, Kaylee Bell, Matt Hansen, Julia Cole, Wade Forster — and more.

So mark your calendars, round up your crew, grab your tickets, and we’ll see y’all in Ballarat!

Across Victoria’s Midwest, we acknowledge that we travel across the ancient landscapes of many First Peoples communities. These lands have been nurtured and cared for over tens of thousands of years and we respect the work of Traditional Custodians for their ongoing care and protection.

We recognise the past injustices against Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples in this country. As our knowledge grows, we hope that we can learn from their resilience and creativity that has guided them for over 60,000 years. As we invite people to visit and explore Victoria’s Midwest, we ask that alongside us, you also grow to respect the stories, living culture and connection to Country of the Ancestors and Elders of our First Peoples.
