A fun and inclusive way to improve your fitness, build your confidence and release your inner diva! Aunty Banana welcomes you to her shiny palace of disco divas, rock legends, casual crooners and pop princes & princesses! Lip Sync Workouts are a fun and easy way to get moving, learn some performance skills and build your confidence in an inclusive group setting. Each week we'll have a different theme for the workouts and step-by-step instructions on how to bring forth your inner superstar. No prior experience is required - just come and get into the groove with a bunch of other bananas who like to shake their money makers. Please note that some of the songs do include adult themes and coarse language - it is for this reason that we have an age restriction on attendance. If you're developing a character for drag, cabaret or burlesque performance please feel free to come in costume or character and bring props that you might wish to use, such as fans or canes. The venue is wheelchair and mobility aid accessible and support workers/ carers are able to attend for free - please contact auntybananalipsync@gmail.com to arrange for their ticket.

Stay In The Know

Across Victoria’s Midwest, we acknowledge that we travel across the ancient landscapes of many First Peoples communities. These lands have been nurtured and cared for over tens of thousands of years and we respect the work of Traditional Custodians for their ongoing care and protection.

We recognise the past injustices against Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples in this country. As our knowledge grows, we hope that we can learn from their resilience and creativity that has guided them for over 60,000 years. As we invite people to visit and explore Victoria’s Midwest, we ask that alongside us, you also grow to respect the stories, living culture and connection to Country of the Ancestors and Elders of our First Peoples.
