The Ballarat Roller Derby League (BRDL) is hosting an adrenaline-charged Roller Derby double-header that promises to keep you on the edge of your seat.

Join them for a thrilling afternoon of fast-paced, full-contact roller derby, when BRDL's formidable home team, the Ratpack, goes skate-to-skate against Geelong's fierce Bloody Marys in what's set to be an unmissable clash of strength, strategy, and serious skill. Expect hard hits, tight walls, and electrifying gameplay as these two powerhouse teams battle it out for victory.

But the action doesn't stop there. After the main game, the spotlight will shine on the future of roller derby with a modified-contact mixed scrimmage. This second bout will feature some of the sport's rising stars, newer skaters from across both leagues giving them a chance to showcase their talent, teamwork, and derby spirit in front of a roaring crowd. It's the perfect way to experience the next generation of derby legends in the making.

Whether you are a longtime fan or brand new to the sport, this is the perfect afternoon out. There will be a bake sale catering for numerous dietary requirements, plus a welcoming and family-friendly atmosphere that shows off everything the derby community has to offer.
