Christmas in Ballarat – Ballarat Memorial Concert Band

Performing as part of the Christmas in Ballarat 2025 entertainment programme are the Ballarat Memorial Concert Band.

The Ballarat Memorial Concert Band was started in 1920 for returned soldiers. It has now grown to encompass 3 community-based bands catering to all ages and abilities.

The Ballarat Memorial Concert Band competes in state and National competitions and regularly performs at major events including the Ballarat Heritage Festival, Begonia Parade, Ballarat Show and Carols by Candlelight.
