Join them for a transformative Magnesium Mineral Sound Bath Experience at 17pounds Country Estate and Wellness Retreat. Surrounded by the Wombat State Forest, you will immediately be transformed into another place.

The unique acoustics of the space will transport you to another level while you are immersed in soothing sounds and vibrations.

Sound bath meditation is a guided vibrational journey designed to calm your nervous system, ease emotional tension, and restore balance between your mind and body.

Your experience will begin with breath work, followed by 45 minutes of live sound healing while floating in our warm magnesium pool or relaxing poolside, followed by a herbal relaxation tea.

Whether you're seeking better sleep, greater emotional clarity, or simply a moment of stillness, sound bath meditation offers a powerful opportunity to pause, reconnect, and recharge.

Across Victoria’s Midwest, we acknowledge that we travel across the ancient landscapes of many First Peoples communities. These lands have been nurtured and cared for over tens of thousands of years and we respect the work of Traditional Custodians for their ongoing care and protection.

We recognise the past injustices against Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples in this country. As our knowledge grows, we hope that we can learn from their resilience and creativity that has guided them for over 60,000 years. As we invite people to visit and explore Victoria’s Midwest, we ask that alongside us, you also grow to respect the stories, living culture and connection to Country of the Ancestors and Elders of our First Peoples.
