Join Certified Nature and Forest Therapy Guide Amanda Collins for this two-hour immersive session exploring the calming benefits of Forest Therapy in the beautiful Ballarat Botanical Gardens. This event is fundraiser for Friends of Canadian Corridor.

This session connects you with nature through sensory exploration and guided activities designed to reduce stress and enhance wellbeing. They conclude the session with a Japanese inspired tea-sharing ceremony.
