Puppy Yoga is a gentle, joy-filled experience where puppy wellbeing always comes first. Their sessions are completely pup-led, meaning the puppies choose how they interact - whether that's playtime, cuddles, or curling up for a nap. There is no pressure for puppies to perform or engage, and every session is thoughtfully designed around their comfort, rest, and developmental needs.

The yoga itself is slow, beginner-friendly, and adaptable, allowing space for movement, mindfulness, and moments of pure delight as the puppies explore the room. Each class is supported by experienced handlers who closely monitor the pups, ensuring they are safe, relaxed, and happy at all times.

What makes Puppy Yoga truly special is the connection it creates - between people, animals, and the present moment. It's not just a yoga class, but a truly unique experience that leaves you feeling lighter, calmer, and deeply grounded.

Perfect to enjoy solo, with a partner, or alongside friends, Puppy Yoga is a beautiful way to slow down, share joy, and create meaningful memories together.

Across Victoria’s Midwest, we acknowledge that we travel across the ancient landscapes of many First Peoples communities. These lands have been nurtured and cared for over tens of thousands of years and we respect the work of Traditional Custodians for their ongoing care and protection.

We recognise the past injustices against Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples in this country. As our knowledge grows, we hope that we can learn from their resilience and creativity that has guided them for over 60,000 years. As we invite people to visit and explore Victoria’s Midwest, we ask that alongside us, you also grow to respect the stories, living culture and connection to Country of the Ancestors and Elders of our First Peoples.
