The Smart Living Expo 2026 will bring together community members, businesses, and sustainability experts for a day focused on eco-friendly innovations and practical solutions for a greener future.

A free, family‑friendly sustainability event, the Smart Living Expo will showcase practical ways for you to live more efficiently and reduce environmental impact.

You can look forward to over 80 stalls, engaging workshops and expert talks covering everything from energy-efficient building solutions to sustainable health practices. New family activities, live music, and a lineup of food trucks will ensure the event has something for everyone.

Powered by clean energy, the Expo will continue to set an example of sustainable practices, demonstrating how individuals and communities can contribute to a healthier planet.

To launch the weekend, you are welcome to attend Smarter Together Good Vibes Night on Friday 20 February. An evening filled with live music from Blues Fusion and delicious sustainable food options from local favourites The Shared Table and Espresso Depot. There will also be a fun, green trivia. It will be a warm celebration, with a festive atmosphere and vibrant community, children are welcome to the launch.

Be a part of shaping a healthier, greener world at the Smart Living Expo - it's time for positive change.

Across Victoria’s Midwest, we acknowledge that we travel across the ancient landscapes of many First Peoples communities. These lands have been nurtured and cared for over tens of thousands of years and we respect the work of Traditional Custodians for their ongoing care and protection.

We recognise the past injustices against Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples in this country. As our knowledge grows, we hope that we can learn from their resilience and creativity that has guided them for over 60,000 years. As we invite people to visit and explore Victoria’s Midwest, we ask that alongside us, you also grow to respect the stories, living culture and connection to Country of the Ancestors and Elders of our First Peoples.
