Join a special Ballarat Heritage Festival event celebrating gardens and wellbeing. Enjoy a taste of Tai Chi, a guided walk exploring significant trees, and nature journalling. This relaxing experience invites visitors to connect with Ballarat's natural heritage while supporting wellbeing through mindful movement, observation, and time spent in the gardens.

The day begins with Tai Chi under the trees at 10:00 AM, followed by a guided walk through the trees and Silent reflection, and ending with nature journalling.

This event is based at the Gatekeeper's Cottage and throughout the Gardens. Please bring your own chair, small table and easel if needed
