Join in at Itinerant Spirits as they wander through the world of whisky and wood. They'll be exploring how maturing spirits in varied types of oak and other woods impart intricate flavours, aromas, colours an characterisits to the final whisky. At this tasting we'll be sampling the following drams.

- Glendalough 7 Year Old Single Malt Mizunara Finish Whiskey (Ireland)

- Backwoods Shiraz Barrels Rye Whisky (Victoria)

- Hellyers Road Double Cask Single Malt Whisky 700ml (Tasmania)

- GlenAllachie 8 Year Old Scottish Oak Whisky (Scotland)

- GlenAllachie 10 Year Old French Oak Whisky (Scotland)
