Guests can choose between the Aqua Cycle and Float Experience, or the Poolside Only experience which is a non-floating or cycling option.

As the Winter Solstice arrives, welcome the quiet beauty of the season as a time to slow down, soften, and reconnect.

As dusk settles and the sun sets, join in for an intimate evening of aqua cycling, floating meditation, and immersive sound healing in warm magnesium water.

Begin with a gentle 30 minute aqua cycling experience, designed to warm the body, calm the nervous system, and ease you into presence. Move slowly beneath soft ambient light as the outside world begins to fade. As darkness falls, transition into a deeply restorative 45 minute floating sound bath. Rest effortlessly on warm magnesium rich water while soothing frequencies ripple through the space, inviting complete relaxation and stillness. For those who prefer to remain dry, peaceful poolside meditation spaces will also be available.

Throughout the evening, guests will be invited to slow down with warming herbal tea, quiet reflection, and moments of stillness designed to honour the turning of the season.

A candlelit winter solstice gathering to embrace the pause and nourish body, mind, and soul.

Across Victoria’s Midwest, we acknowledge that we travel across the ancient landscapes of many First Peoples communities. These lands have been nurtured and cared for over tens of thousands of years and we respect the work of Traditional Custodians for their ongoing care and protection.

We recognise the past injustices against Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples in this country. As our knowledge grows, we hope that we can learn from their resilience and creativity that has guided them for over 60,000 years. As we invite people to visit and explore Victoria’s Midwest, we ask that alongside us, you also grow to respect the stories, living culture and connection to Country of the Ancestors and Elders of our First Peoples.
