Spirits Explorer Session at Itinerant Spirits

tile image

At Itinerant Spirits, the journey is as important as the destination. The Spirits Explorer Session presents an opportunity to discover not only their award winning spirits, but the origins of the raw ingredients that they source from across Western Victoria, and the unique methods they use to distil their spirits.

The ingredients include hand-foraged botanicals from the Grampians, grains harvested from the Mallee and Wimmera regions which are then malted right here in Ballarat, as well as volcanic water to proof all of the spirits sourced from a spring only 20 minutes from our distillery door.

Join in as the team guide you through the copper stills, learn about on-grains distilling method, and taste spirits directly from the source.

So book, taste, discover and explore. They’re excited to have you on board.

Across Victoria’s Midwest, we acknowledge that we travel across the ancient landscapes of many First Peoples communities. These lands have been nurtured and cared for over tens of thousands of years and we respect the work of Traditional Custodians for their ongoing care and protection.

We recognise the past injustices against Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples in this country. As our knowledge grows, we hope that we can learn from their resilience and creativity that has guided them for over 60,000 years. As we invite people to visit and explore Victoria’s Midwest, we ask that alongside us, you also grow to respect the stories, living culture and connection to Country of the Ancestors and Elders of our First Peoples.
