To mark Ballarat Harmony Fest, join Diana Nguyen and Osamah Sami for a revealing conversation about how formative intercultural experiences shape richer narrative worlds.

Diana Nguyen is an actor, writer and comedian and creator of the award-winning web-series Phi and Me, which explores themes of identity and cultural complexities within Vietnamese-Australian families. Osamah Sami was born in war-torn Iran to Iraqi parents and largely raised in Australia. His acclaimed works include the memoir, Good Muslim Boy, and Ali's Wedding, which won Best Original Screenplay at the AACTA Awards.
